Ganados Cartagena, SL works in a modern cutting room, which has passed the strictest quality audits, whose excellence and quality are endorsed by the IFS Certification, as well as the audits of its main clients.

Various meat cuts are derived in the butchering room:

  • Lamb: lamb chops, stwing meat, leg and shoulder steak, boneless leg fillet, flank, shoulder, and neck medallions. Mixed compositions are also made, such as lamb cut, filleted, and roast quarters and eights.
  • Vacuum packed: leg, shoulder and loin of lamb and baby lamb.
  • Packaged in heat-sealed trays rPET.
  • Goat kid: chopped and trimmed.
  • Milk-fed lamb: stick and kidney chops, and leg and shoulder chops. 

The company also sells lamb, kid goat, and milk-fed lamb carcasses.
